Analyzing is all about asking questions.
1. Identify the type of situation:
- New employee training?
- Performance problem?
- Safety issue?
- New skill?
2. Identify the audience:
- New employees?
- Seasoned employees?
- Customers / Clients?
3. What time frame and resources will be available?
