How to Analyze a Situation for Training

 

Analyzing is all about asking questions. 

1. Identify the type of situation: 

  • New employee training? 
  • Performance problem?
  • Safety issue? 
  • New skill?
2.  Identify the audience:
  • New employees?
  • Seasoned employees? 
  • Customers / Clients? 
3.  What time frame and resources will be available? 
Now, with answers to the above questions in mind,
answer the questions found in the the Training Triangle
